Supplement to the Compendium on Environmental Protection and Natural Resource Management Legislation in Belize CD

This is a supplement to the Compendium on Environmental Laws prepared in 1995 for Department of the Environment. The original publication provides an adequate framework for analysis and understanding of the legislative, judicial and executive approach to the environment and natural resources in Belize. Much has happened in the 15 years after the original publication in the area of environmental protection from a legislative standpoint as well as from a judicial perspective, and this Supplement provides an overview look at the legislative framework from 1996 to 2010.
